Inquiry → Quote
Five hours for one quote. With ten inquiries a day.
We build the workflow that turns that into 30 minutes, without your customers having to do anything differently.
One hour · free · and we come to you

Sound familiar?
Four sentences we hear in almost every operation.
An inquiry arrives with 17 PDF attachments, and half the details are still missing.
Inquiries come in by phone, by email, by WhatsApp. Every channel, another scrap of paper.
One person knows how it works. If they go on holiday, the quoting process stops.
Quotes get thrown together in a hurry, and then one line item is wrong.
A day in the back office
This is what the bottleneck looks like.
Before
Inquiries come in by phone, email and WhatsApp, usually with half the information. There is no defined workflow; the knowledge sits in one person’s head. A quote eats up around five hours, with plenty of follow-up questions to sales and production. Holidays and sick days are a problem, because nobody else can do it. And there is a bit of pride in exactly that.
After
The customer still writes on WhatsApp and still calls; nothing changes there. The system reads the documents, asks for what is missing in a structured way and lays the data out in order. A human still checks and approves. 30 minutes of effort instead of 300, several quotes in parallel.
A typical working day, the way we keep seeing it in metalworking and mechanical engineering companies. The person is composited, the workflows are real.
What it looks like
The stack becomes a single case.
The real prototype is built in stage 3, with your actual data. Here we show how it works.

The number
90 %
less effort in the quoting process, at an Upper Austrian manufacturer, our first rebuild.
Measured at Innotech
Comparison of the effort per quote before and after the rebuild.
What that means for you, we work out with your numbers. Inquiries per week, hours per quote, your hourly rate. Out of that comes a number that belongs to you, not a percentage from our brochure. That happens in the Tempo-Check, and it costs you nothing.
In one hour you will know what it would be worth at your place.

What changes
Two capabilities behind it.
Document recognition
Drawings, PDFs, documents that were printed out and scanned back in: all of it gets read and turned into structured data. Only then does a stack of paper become a case a system can work on.
AI voice assistant
Takes inquiries on any channel, asks specifically for what is missing and passes the result on in structured form. The customer notices nothing except that it goes faster.
Your existing systems don’t have to go. We swap, replace or connect, whichever is the best solution for your company.
What it takes
Three things from you. Nothing more.
Access to a few real inquiries from the past months, exactly as they came in.
One person who does the job today and has an hour to spare. Not the manager who describes it.
An existing system we can dock onto. ERP, inventory management, or even just a well-kept price list.
What you do not need: tidy data. Sorting it out is part of the work, not a precondition for it.
Objections
What you are probably thinking right now.
We have no time for a project right now.
Getting started takes one hour, and that hour is free. Afterwards you decide whether it becomes a project at all. If the time really isn’t there: get in touch in two months, the problem won’t run away.
We’ll do it ourselves.
You might. The question is when. We see plenty of companies where exactly this has been on the list for two years, because their own IT is buried in day-to-day work. We don’t replace your IT, we take this one project off their hands.
Will it cost jobs?
In none of our projects was cutting staff the goal. What disappears are the manual steps nobody enjoys. For us a project isn’t finished until your team runs the system with confidence. That’s a stage of its own, and it isn’t optional.
And what if the system reads it wrong?
If a detail is missing, the gap is spotted and named, and a query goes out instead of anything being guessed. In the example above you can see this with the missing wall thickness. A human still checks and approves: a quote only goes out once they have signed it off.
Your data
What happens to your data.
- Where does the data stay?
- What we record stays with us, and in Europe.
- Is anything recorded?
- We only record with your consent.
- Can we sign a non-disclosure agreement first?
- Yes, beforehand on request.
Why this stays predictable
You can walk away at any point.
Stage 2, “Understand”, costs 2,000 € fixed, around 1,250 € with the Digital+ funding scheme. Every further stage has its own price; from stage 4 you get a fixed price for the build, before anything is built.

Exit after every stage, no point of no return

Where you can step out
This is how it went at Innotech, stage by stage.
After every stage you can step out. What it delivers is yours to keep.
Stage 2 · exit possible
Understand
We recorded the process the way it really runs: from the arrival of the inquiry to the finished quote, system change by system change.
Stage 3 · exit possible
Design
The current process became a target process: inquiries from every channel land in one case, a person reviews and approves.
Stage 5 · exit possible
Build
The new process was built and tried out step by step with the people in sales.
Stage 6 · exit possible
Roll out
The rebuild went into daily work. We compared the effort per quote, before against after.
Stage 1 is the Tempo-Check and stays free. From stage 4 you get a fixed price before anything is built.
Common questions
What we get asked most.
Stage 2 “Understand”, mapping one process in detail, costs 2,000 € fixed. With the Digital+ funding scheme that can come down to around 1,250 €. Every further stage has its own price. From stage 4 you get a fixed price for the build, before anything is built. You can step out after every stage if you want.
Not necessarily. We swap, replace or connect, whichever is the best solution for your company. To begin with, one system we can dock onto is enough: ERP, inventory management, or even just a well-kept price list.
For the Tempo-Check, one person who does the job today and has an hour to spare, not the manager who describes it. We don’t replace your IT: we take this one project off their hands.

The first step
The first step costs one hour and nothing else.
