How we work
How a project runs with us.
Listen first, then build.
Every project starts with the Tempo-Check: one hour, free of charge. We come to the operation ourselves, listen and calculate with the customer’s own numbers.
Seven stages, and after each one the customer decides anew.
Discover, understand, design, plan, build, roll out, grow. Every stage delivers a result that belongs to the customer. From stage 4 there is a fixed price before anything is built.
A person signs off.
At Innotech the system reads the documents and asks for what is missing in a structured way. A person still checks and approves.
A project is finished when the team runs it.
A project is not finished until the customer’s team runs the system with confidence. For that we explain how these systems think, not just which buttons to press.
