About us
Today, Minotera is an AI, IT and process consultancy with its own implementation team. We automate our customers’ core processes with AI, for example the path from a customer inquiry to the finished quote. Today, every solution is still built as a project of its own. You make sure they become reusable products.
The role
Your responsibilities
Product discovery on the customer process
Together with project management and customers you analyse workflows, find the real bottlenecks and validate where AI helps measurably and where a simpler workflow is enough.
Requirements and specification
You own the requirements specification, functional specification and user stories. Our platform drafts them, you review and decide.
Prioritisation and delivery
You own the backlog of your solutions, work closely with development and UI/UX and accept results.
Productisation
You recognise what repeats across customers and turn proven project solutions into standard products with their own roadmap.
Product metrics
You make the impact at the customer measurable: lead time, processing time, rework.
For example
You shorten the time from inquiry to quote at an industrial customer and make sure the next rollout at another customer takes only a fraction of the effort.
Profile
What you bring
- Experience as a product manager or product owner for digital solutions in a customer setting, from requirement to acceptance.
- Experience in analysing business processes and improving them measurably, for example from business informatics, process management or consulting.
- Technical understanding of APIs, data models and connections to systems such as ERP, plus hands-on experience with language models or AI agents. You don’t have to code yourself.
A plus
- Industry experience in manufacturing, retail or services.
- Knowledge of lean.
- Experience with standard software that is rolled out slightly differently at many customers.
